Four things you need to know about Prairie Noodle:
- It is located at 10350 – 124 St. NW, a few steps away from a small office building and Credo.
- The menu is short and to the point, it really is quality > quantity. To that point, the portions are generous, the service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. There is not a lot more you can really ask for.
- Get the Bao’wich. We got it with pork belly but you can get it with pulled pork shoulder. I never thought I could love anything more than Big Mac sauce on a sandwich, but the “Pnoosh Sauce” on this, may have stolen my heart.
- They have ramen. And the ramen is delicious. The noodles are perfection and the house-made broth has an incredible depth of flavour that will keep you coming back for more. Instant ramen noodle bowls will never be the same.
Smoked Gouda Miso – with marinated bean sprouts, pickled daikon and green onions, the house-made miso broth is topped with a roasted garlic puree and chili oil
Spicy Garlic Miso Pork – smoked pork broth enhanced with miso garlic and chili oil. Topped with pork belly, shoulder, sweet corn, marinated bean sprouts and an umeboshi egg that is perfectly cooked
Sincerely,
Chrissy
