¼ cup creamy peanut butter (preferably not the natural stuff, I use Kraft)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Grease a 9x13 baking pan with softened butter, or line the pan with aluminum foil and spray the foil with non-stick spray.
Place the cereal in a large bowl and set it aside. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until they are about 75% melted. Add the peanut butter, chocolate chips and salt. Stir until everything is combined and the marshmallows are smooth.
Quickly pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal and stir, making sure you coat everything evenly. Pour it into the pan. Press the cereal mixture into the pan using the bottom of a measuring cup, ensuring that they are flat and even across the top. Allow the bars to cool for at least an hour before cutting them into squares. Enjoy!
